What is nexus-hub?
nexus-hub is a SaaS platform for e-invoicing, delivery notes and document management, built for Greek businesses. It consists of four applications — edocs, delivery, move, stream — sharing a common archive and a certified connection to the AADE's myDATA system. It is developed by AGILE, a ΥΠΑΗΕΣ-certified provider with SAP implementation experience in the Greek market since 2006.
What is myDATA and who does it apply to?
myDATA (My Digital Accounting and Tax Application) is the AADE's platform for real-time transmission of accounting records. Every business that keeps single- or double-entry books is required to transmit its documents electronically. The obligation covers invoices, delivery notes, retail receipts and other supporting documents.
What is ΥΠΑΗΕΣ and why does it matter?
ΥΠΑΗΕΣ is the AADE's register of licensed e-invoicing software providers. Only software listed in this register is permitted to transmit documents directly to myDATA. AGILE, as a ΥΠΑΗΕΣ-certified provider (entry #39), guarantees that every document issued through nexus-hub is legally valid and carries the MARK and QR identifier required by the AADE.
What is the difference between edocs, delivery, move and stream?
The four applications cover different stages of the document lifecycle: edocs issues and transmits outgoing documents (invoices, receipts); delivery issues compliant digital delivery notes; move enables field teams to scan and update delivery notes from a mobile device; and stream automates incoming document processing and posting to your ERP. You can adopt one application or any combination — they share a common archive.
Do I need to change my ERP to use nexus-hub?
No. nexus-hub connects to your existing ERP through an API or a built-in SAP integration. For SAP users, a native ABAP integration is available without middleware. For other ERPs, connection is via REST API. Contact us to assess your specific setup.
