Am I required to use a certified ΥΠΑΗΕΣ provider?

Transmitting documents to myDATA requires either the AADE's own platform (timologio.gr) or a licensed ΥΠΑΗΕΣ provider. Using a certified provider ensures that the MARK and QR identifiers are generated automatically and that the compliance record is maintained without manual steps.

What are the MARK and QR on a document?

The MARK (Μοναδικός Αριθμός Καταχώρισης Κίνησης — Unique Transaction Registration Number) is the unique identifier assigned by the AADE to every document upon transmission to myDATA. It is proof that the document has been recorded in the tax register. The QR code on the document allows any third party to verify its authenticity through the AADE.

When must an invoice be transmitted to myDATA?
