BENEFITS

Benefits

stream

Five reasons finance and IT teams consolidate onto one platform instead of stitching four tools together.

1

Hours back every week

Supplier documents are captured, read and matched automatically instead of keyed in line by line.

2

Fewer posting errors

Validation against master data catches wrong VAT, wrong supplier and wrong cost centre before the posting.

3

Only exceptions reach people

The queue holds what genuinely needs judgement — the rest posts itself.

4

Faster month-end close

Expenses land in SAP as they arrive, so nothing waits for a nightly batch.

5

Full traceability

Every retry, change and approval is recorded against the document for the auditor.

FAQ

How does stream automate incoming documents?

stream reads supplier invoices and other incoming documents — from email, PEPPOL, myDATA or direct exchange — validates them against configurable rules, and automatically posts them as accounting entries in SAP. Only documents with discrepancies require human intervention.

Does stream support PEPPOL?

Yes. stream receives e-invoices via PEPPOL, enabling automatic document exchange with suppliers and customers using European e-procurement platforms.
